Payments
An advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the travel date as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates or supplier costs, until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and supplier terms.
Travel Documents & Visa
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including a passport with adequate validity and any required visas. While we assist with visa processing, we do not guarantee visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the concerned authorities.
Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
- Arrive on time for departures, transfers and scheduled activities.
- Comply with the laws, customs and regulations of the destinations visited.
- Obtain adequate travel and medical insurance where recommended.
Our Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels and transport operators. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by these third parties or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, war, pandemics or government restrictions.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend itineraries, schedules or these terms when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
